Interactive Planning Sessions—IPS
Our Interactive Planning Sessions establish a base plan from which to develop or modify your project schedule and are beneficial for teams that have to plan interface management points in the execution or to assess the feasibility of alternative execution strategies.
We will work with you to develop the scope for planning session(s) and use a methodical approach to conduct the session and deliver accurate information to support the next phase of the schedule development, whether it be a new schedule, a modified schedule, or what-if scenario schedules.
Integrated Schedule Development—ISD
A fully integrated schedule is crucial to the execution and delivery of any large project. Our Integrated Schedule Development ensures the plans of the project partners/stakeholders are aligned horizontally and vertically to fully reflect the entire scope of the project.
A well-formulated project plan will elaborate who will do what and how. However, the element of when is very crucial to project success. ISD is the process to guarantee the element of when has been added to a well-defined plan, and more importantly, that all project players have fundamental alignment on key project dates.
We will work with you to develop the best approach to integrate multiple plans into an executable project schedule. The scope and complexity of the project will determine our level of engagement.
The ISD will result in a Master Project Schedule that accurately reflects the full scope and has been agreed to by the team. The Schedule Basis memorandum will be issued together with the schedule, as it is critical that all key assumptions, methodologies, and parameters are clearly documented to support analysis and changes in the future.

Schedule Quality Assessment—SQA
Our Schedule Quality Assessment is an evaluation of the characteristics of the schedule to provide insights to the project team, primarily the project planners and schedulers, regarding all aspects of the schedule model.
We believe that having a realistic, well-structured, comprehensive plan developed with team input drastically increases the team’s ability to execute a project with success. The SQA provides the team with an assessment of the quality of the schedule model and determines when change or action is required to meet your established objectives.
This process includes the evaluation of all components of the schedule structure and development methodology, review of the Schedule Basis, and an assessment of the model’s comprehensiveness.
The SQA can be applied to schedules being developed by the project team or on schedules submitted by contractors for execution of a specific scope of work.
The end result will be a report highlighting how your schedule scores in metrics and logic and will include areas to be addressed for greater confidence in the quality of the schedule model.
Schedule Performance Assessment—SPA
Monitoring and reporting project performance is key to the successful execution of any project.
Our Schedule Performance Assessment is an evaluation performed at intervals during your project to assess how well the current schedule is being executed against the plan. The SPA allows project teams to address potential issues, minimize their impact, and take advantage of newly identified opportunities while providing the Project Management Team with a view into the health of the project performance.
We will use customized metrics such as baseline compliance, duration variance, and out of sequence activities to assess execution and its adherence to the schedule baseline. We will also analyze the trends associated with all these metrics to provide you with an understanding of how the project/portfolio is performing against the original plan.
At the SPA’s completion, we will provide you with the report including areas to be addressed to improve performance and a list of opportunities for schedule advancement.
Schedule Scenario Assessment—SSA
Our Schedule Scenario Assessment provides a multitude of options based on the your needs, and is often used to assess the alternatives to be considered by the project team and to support decision-making. Scenario assessment can be used to assess mitigation options, what-if scenarios, strategic possibilities, feasibility of execution changes, opportunities for schedule enhancement, etc.
