The key to our success are the industry experienced professionals that make up our incredible team. All of our folks come from a variety of industries where they worked in engineering and project controls. Our team has real experience, applying our solutions to projects all over the globe, whether remotely or embedded in the field to add the required support.

Our experience working with a variety of clients on bid schedules, baseline schedules and project controls, enables us to bring this real word experience to our training sessions. We typically adapt our training curriculum and delivery to focus on the industry that you are working in.

Lorne Duncan

President & CEO

Lorne Duncan has been providing consulting services for over 30 years to clients across multiple industries ranging from Oil and Gas to Biotechnology.

Lorne’s expertise includes the integration of project controls tools and planning related to large infrastructure projects.

He has conducted risk assessment workshops domestically and internationally for a variety of projects and clients, and his comprehensive project experience enables him to provide support across multiple industries. Lorne skillfully leads the Petroglyph team to provision comprehensive, end to end project controls services for their valued clients.

Lorne’s background includes major project work with DOT’s, Enbridge, TransCanada, MEG Energy, INPEX, Agrium, HESS and numerous EPC and construction companies.

Jody MacLeod

VP—Professional Services

Jody is a highly skilled Project Controls professional with extensive experience working on a diverse range of projects primarily in the oil and gas sector.

Her experience in Project Controls Management, process development, application of systems and her technical background provides her with a solid foundation for delivering excellent value for our clients.

Utilizing a collaborative approach and a desire to exceed expectations, Jody works with Petroglyph Project’s clients to produce meaningful results.

Jody’s experience includes work with Imperial Oil, WorleyParsons, Suncor, Chevron, Enbridge, MEG Energy, Shell, among others.

Bruce Thomas

Sales Director

Bruce has held a number of senior strategic and global senior sales roles in a number of organizations including Bentley Canada, Primavera and SAP.

Bruce brings over 20 years of successful sales and marketing experience to the table. Bruce is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with degrees in finance and statistics. Bruce is responsible for all Sales and Marketing activities throughout the Central America, South America, Mexico, the US and Canada as well as responsible for the Sales and Marketing Activities of Petroglyph Project’s channel partners across the Americas.

Dean Rosychuk

Application Support Engineer

With over 25 years experience in planning and scheduling, Dean is an award winning customer support, training, technical writing and consulting service professional. A TRIMBLE Certified Trainer, Dean consistently receives rave reviews from the training sessions he delivers and is tenacious in providing technical support to Petroglyph Project’s client base.

Dean’s expertise includes the development and maintenance of resource loaded schedules using TILOS, Primavera P6, and MS Project on transmission line construction projects. He is also proficient in Visio and PowerPoint, Google Earth, ArcGIS, Oracle database, MS SQL Server, Adobe, Crystal Reports.

Dean has experience in project controls, earned value, productivity rate trending, progress tracking, resource usage profiles, schedule forecasting, S-Curves, environmental risk, recovery plans and material trackers.

A graduate of the University of Alberta with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he has worked for Valard Construction, Taylor Scheduling Software, Alberta Research Council and Square D Canada.

Jorge Tovar

Senior Project Manager & Sales, LATAM

Jorge is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of experience in infrastructure design and construction, specializing in linear civil engineering projects. Throughout his career, Jorge has excelled as a planner, consultant and manager on a wide range of significant projects, including subways, tunnels, dredging, railroads and highways. His dedication to planning, cost management and effective project management and control has been unwavering.

Jorge is proficient in a variety of project management and planning tools that are utilized across multiple industries. A Civil Engineer by training, he has a Specialization in Project Management and Development and has received extensive PMI training. Jorge is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma (PDD) in Business Administration, which underlines his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Jorge eagerly embraces his role as Sales, Consulting, and Training, for our LATAM and Spanish-speaking clients.

Manish Parmar

Senior Scheduler

Manish has more that 15 years of progressive experience in the areas of project management with a specific focus in planning and scheduling, business processes and reporting software. He is highly regarded and has worked both at client offices or on-site for pipeline, transmission lines, turnaround and facility planning. Manish is also skilled at EVM, P6, MS Project and Tilos for linear planning.

A Engineering graduate, he has worked on projects for Sage, Ledcor, TC Energy, MEG Energy, Tron Power and many others.
